In 1972, Mr. R.T. Kay commissioned a North Carolina HVAC firm to take full-time service calls for 300 customer accounts - and that was only the beginning! In 1985, Randy Kay and Robert Hamlett expanded their business even further when they moved into a spacious building on English Street; yet this wasn't enough growth for them either as in December 1994, they migrated again to Huffman Street where their company resides today!

In July 2003, they purchased the present location at 809 Post Street. This state-of-the-art building has 15,000 square feet with a complete sheet metal fabrication shop.
